ABOUT
Hayat is a psychospiritual life coach, trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy at the Nalanda Institute and has a MA in Transpersonal psychology with a focus on creative innovation, spiritual psychology, and dreamwork from Sofia University. Energy medicine combined with spiritual modalities are highly effective to put you on your soul's path in both your career and personal life. Hayat has been transforming lives since 2017.
I grew up in dysfunction after experiencing traumatic events then learned art as a survival mechanism. So many cultures simultaneously molded and shaped me; French Canadian, Kashmiri, Muslim and Hindu. Always believed in learning and creating and then got married and had a son with brown hair. Became an artist, travelled, divorced, learned more, this time Reiki, life coaching and contemplative psychotherapy. I have done yoga since I was 17 and now I meditate and believe in the impossible

Relationships and Reiki Heal
Healspace Studio
We will start out by a gentle and easy meditation to relax our minds and bodies with sage and incense opening up our senses. Then we will share our thoughts and insights about current or past relationships in our lives. Reiki will be given to the person who is sharing if they choose. This process is a tried, true method to air your emotions and release them while the energywork will help to heal the emotions and thoughts that are sometimes trapped in our subconscious, making us repeat cycles or habits. This process will help release in a safe environment and offer you a new insight to help you feel lighter and positive.
When you arrive, please come in and remove shoes downstairs and place under the bench. Proceed upstairs to the studio.
Refreshments and snacks will be served.

Come to HEALSPACE studio and meet Karuna Ma who will take you into a meditative, blissful state and play her beautiful crystal bowls to heal and energise you on this full moon. Karuna is a holistic healer and has been practising for over 18 years.
This will take you to a sacred and light space in where you can process deep emotions in a spiritual way. While the sound bowls are played each participant will get some Reiki 5-8 minutes by 2-3 practitioners so you will leave light and with trapped energy moved from your body.
This is a space to come together and speak your truth, get healing and support.
